At first I was expected it to sort of be like The Nanny (absoultely fire) but as the movie progressed, I was happily surprised. My favorite part was defintely the "Do you taste like chocolate?" "Do you taste like vanilla?" lines. It was a bit refreshing to see a movie around that time period talk about the divison in communities due to racism. When there was like only a few minutes left in the movie right after he took Molly back, I thought it was going to end sad ngl. I thought it was going to be one of those movies that are about forbidden love and how they can't be together because of misunderdstandings + race.Still can't believe that I cried through the movie because of the misunderstandings and the granny. Fire movie, loved how they brought how racism affects things smoothly. 8/10.
